In the KHL:
Roman Červenka (SKA St. Petersburg; KHL) – 25 points (6-19-25) in 23 games for SKA.
Zbyněk Irgl (Dinamo Minsk; KHL) Irgl (born 1980) is 1-6-7 und -6 in 21 games for one of the worst clubs in the league.
Lukáš Kašpar (Donbass Doněck; KHL) 6-7-13 in 21 games (ca. 18:00 TOI)
Jan Kovář (Metallurg Magnitogorsk; KHL) 27 points in 21 games. The first line of Magnitka leads the KHL in scoring (the other two are Russians Danis Zaripov and Sergei Mozyakin).

In the KHL:
Miroslav Blaťák (Avangard Omsk; KHL) Probably regrets leaving Salavat Yulaev last season. It’s becoming more and more apparent that Omsk might not even make the play-offs this season.
Lukáš Krajíček (Dinamo Minsk; KHL) 24:00 TOI seems a bit much to me. No wonder he is -8.
Tomáš Mojžíš (HC Slovan Bratislava;KHL) 19 games and 49 PIM.
Jakub Nakládal (HC Lev Praha; KHL)
Ondřej Němec (HC Lev Praha; KHL)
Filip Novák (Dynamo Moscow; KHL) last game 2013/10/12 – on injured reserve since then.
Goaltenders (7): Jakub Kovář (Avtomobilist Jekatěrinburg; KHL), Petr Mrázek (Grand Rapids Griffins/Detroit Red Wings; AHL/NHL), Michal Neuvirth (Washington Capitals; NHL), Ondřej Pavelec (Winnipeg Jets; NHL), Alexander Salák (SKA St. Petersburg; KHL), Jakub Štěpánek (Severstal Čerepovec;KHL), Tomáš Vokoun (Pittsburgh Penguins; NHL – ill?)
In the KHL:
Jakub Kovář (Avtomobilist Jekatěrinburg; KHL) – starter for Avto and brother of Jan Kovář. stats: 91.9% Sv, 2.50 GAA.
Jakub Štěpánek (Severstal Čerepovec; KHL) – 92,8% Sv, 2.25 GAA.
Alexander Salák (SKA St. Petersburg; KHL) – I thought he was Russian. It must be the jerseys of SKA. Putting them on make one look a hundred percent more Russian. 93,8% Sv. 1.70 GAA.
Czech Republic did badly at this year’s Karjala cup (a four nations tournament against Finland, Sweden and Russia). They lost all three games and only scored two goals. Stepanek and Kovar were the goalies. I guess they got their chance to prove themselves since Salak seems like a shoo-in for the Olympic team.
